All products offered by ARPS Technologies Private Limited are digital and delivered electronically. No physical shipment is involved.
Upgrades, Support & Services
Fees for upgrades, support renewals, setup, training, and services are non-refundable once partially or fully delivered.
Non-Subscription Purchases
If you are not satisfied within 30 days, we may refund the purchase price excluding non-refundable services.
Subscription Purchases
To cancel your subscription, email helpdesk@arpslearning.com at least 7 days before renewal.
Monthly Plans
- ✔ Refund available within 30 days (first month only)
- ✔ After 30 days, payments are non-refundable
Annual Plans
- ✔ Full refund within 30 days
- ✔ No refund after 30 days
